Website terms
Using this website
This website provides Incineration Festival information and newsletter signup. Details may change; check official announcements before making travel or purchase arrangements. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
Artwork and content
Festival names, logos, artwork, photographs and films belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing this site does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use them.
External purchases
Merchandise links open Nomad’s external store. Review the seller’s terms, delivery and returns information before buying. This teaser does not sell tickets or set ticket refund terms.
Responsibility and contact
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. For website enquiries, use the contact page or write to the registered office in our privacy notice.
Privacy
Controller and website operator
INCINERATION FESTIVAL LIMITED. REGISTERED IN ENGLAND AND WALES, COMPANY NUMBER 09311587. REGISTERED OFFICE: 128 CITY ROAD, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, EC1V 2NX.
For privacy requests, write to our registered office or use the email address on our contact page.
Festival newsletter
When you sign up, we collect your email address and optional first name to send festival news. The basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe using any newsletter or contact us. We keep an active subscription while you wish to receive news; a minimal suppression record may remain to respect your opt-out and demonstrate compliance.
Email enquiries
If you email us, we use your email address and the information you provide to respond and handle related follow-up, based on our legitimate interest in dealing with festival enquiries. Our business email provider handles this correspondence. The website contact page does not submit or store enquiries through a web form.
We keep correspondence while needed to respond, handle related follow-up and meet applicable record obligations or resolve a dispute. Access is restricted. Our website hosting provider processes hosting and security logs.
Optional measurement
With your prior consent, Google Analytics measures website visits and interactions, and Meta Pixel measures advertising performance and interactions. These services may receive device, browser, IP and interaction information. Analytics and marketing are separate choices. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent access to the site. You may change or withdraw consent through Cookie settings at any time, and object to direct marketing.
Recipients and international transfers
We use specialist service providers for newsletter delivery, business email and website hosting. Our newsletter provider may process information in the United States or other countries. See its data processing addendum for transfer safeguards. Google and Meta process optional measurement information if you consent, including processing outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy. External merchandise purchases are handled by Nomad under its own notices.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact us for help or copies of relevant transfer safeguards. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
Your choice
Optional Analytics and Meta tracking load only after consent to the relevant category. Your choice is stored on this browser under incineration-consent-v2 for up to six months, with the policy version and time. This local storage remembers privacy preferences; it is not advertising tracking.
Use Cookie settings in the homepage footer to accept, reject or change optional categories. Reject and accept are equally available. If storage is blocked, we cannot remember the choice after the page closes.
Optional services
Analytics consent allows Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions, using cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by the property identifier. Marketing consent allows Meta Pixel to measure advertising and interactions, using cookies such as _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc. Provider settings and browser controls affect how these cookies are retained. You can reject either category, change your choices below or clear site data in your browser.
Withdrawal
Reject optional in Cookie settings to withdraw permission. The controls stop further measurement and attempt to clear first-party measurement cookies before reloading. You can also remove site data using your browser. Previously processed information is covered by the privacy notice.
